Exotic had winterized my irrigation system and came back in to activate it. I told them I had some heads that were not retracting on both the side yard and the back yard and I asked them to check those and give me a repair quote. They did so, however in the back they put in a revolving head that did not completelly cover zone it was for. They told me that was what they were installing now. Also I found out after the fact that they had missed at least 3 heads that were not fully operational. I contacted them, they came back and I showed them the rest of the heads, including a couple that were possibly tangled up in roots. Frankly I did not feel that the technician was any more capable than the original technician that came out. When I received the quote, I declined it because I thought it excessive and did not trust that the job would be done correctly. Since then I had another company come in, redo most of the previous work and at a much more reasonable price. Won't call again.

Dennis came out and provided a quote to tie our new irrigation meter to a pre-existing sprinkler system. Prompt communication and service. Did a great job. Found a couple leaks in our system and fixed. Highly recommend. Great work

Rick is awesome! I had them out to reconfigure and repair several heads in my front beds. He was very responsive, actually came out within 2 days of the request, took at look at what we needed, made good recommendations. The work was completed the next day! And when I noticed that one of the new heads was leaking, I sent him a text and his guy was out repairing it same day. I don't need sprinkler help much, but, next time I do, Rick is my guy. Highly recommend.

Rick was very nice and explained all steps in detail. They even did a video before and after. I am a single mom and can appreciate someone showing me how repair is being done with out making me feel dumb (which I am not, I am a novice DIYer but don’t feel comfortable with water issues and electrical). I am happy to continue to work with Exotic Landscapes going forward for my irrigation maintenance.

Did not show for appt. on day he had set. I called and I think he had forgotten about the appt. he was very nice and friendly when he did come. I think he did not blow out the lines as he did not have the equipment to do that. I ask about this and he said he did things differently.
