Expansion Grading

I hired Expansion Grading to hang my outdoor Christmas lights two years in a row. They custom cut the lights to fit my roof lines, back deck, and even my boat dock! We love it! They come and take everything down and store it until the next year.

It was a very hard process to find a company to deliver and lay down Zoysia and I am overwhelming pleased with these guys! The service was excellent. They were prompt and on-time and ready to work. The job was completed quickly and my yard was left clean and gorgeous! Pricing was right in line with most quotes and frankly, if I knew they were this good I d have paid more for the service. We paid Chad Kaney, DBA Expansion Grading, $22,000 to build a deck at our home. He and his crew left the project half finished and refused to return our money and our phone calls. My wife and I were left to clean up the mess they left, including over two dozen empty beer bottles. We are in the process of filing a small claims suit to get our money back.

Man, these guys know how to work hard but for my situation were at a loss to solve the problem of drainage. Gave up after so many visits and walked away with $10,000 to the dollar.
