They were great! I wasn't sure what I really wanted so they came out to help me decide and were amazing at helping figure out a way to make it what I wanted and keep it in the budget. After 4 days it was built and brought in! (Because I am so picky and have some mobility limitations there were some parts I didn't like or had concerns about.) I brought it up and the fixed and replaced everything at the time of installation. They were all so friendly and so easy to talk to about any of my concerns. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and will go through them again for my next projects in the future! Thank you Expedck for all of your hard work and my amazing deck!

First of all, THANK YOU SO MUCH to all of you at Stabuilt from our family to make our multiyear dream come true. We can’t believe this transformation still. When we met Brent for the first time, we felt so confident that we are on right track and then with Leland and then specially with Hamid to bring it all together. Each of you were really wonderful to work with! Project Manager Hamid was available anytime to discuss our ideas and helped with many suggestions throughout. We had many changes throughout that the crew was able to accommodate it and were able to complete it in a very reasonable time. There were many times Hamid and crew went extra mile to help us!

Perfect! Very professional estimator & project manager and the work crew was fantastic. Worked 7 days straight, very punctual and extremely tidy. They consulted with me whenever they had a question or to clarify something to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Very high quality- I plan to hire them again in the future to do front yard project with pathways & terracing.

The workers were hard working. Did a great job. The only concern we had was the lack of attention to the workers: no porta potty and no machinery to help carry the heavy concrete. Still waiting for the $250 gift card reward, lol!

Job went very quickly and smoothly. Entire project was completed by one four-man crew in less than 20 hours over three work days. Definitely would hire again and recommend to others.

We had two building projects - replacing a decades-old retaining wall made from railroad ties, and replacing a large deck. We asked for bids, and liked the people at Sta-Built best. They are very professional, friendly, and did top-quality work. Our old deck was originally built by an "economy" contractor (what we could afford at the time), and the foundation was "shoddy", to say the least. We are so pleased with the new deck. The foundation is solid, and the new configuration fits our needs very well. Highly recommended!

The landscape turf looks great and is perfect for our needs. The workers were professional, hard working and very pleasant to work with. We had a small privacy fence built. We had a small issue with the fence. We contacted Peter, and he immediately agreed to come himself and take care of it. He did so promptly and professionally and we are happy with the finished product.

We have never had a more positive experience Start To finish on any project we have ever done. Each and every person stepping onto our property was outstanding!

From the beginning, starting with our project consultation, Sta-Built was fantastic. They explained the project to us down to the finest detail so that we were comfortable with what was going to be done and the length of time our project would take. The crew showed up timely everyday, were courteous and respectful to us and our neighbors. If we had any questions or concerns the foreman would get back to us very quickly. There were a couple hiccups in the project, but I can not say enough about how they fixed any issue and stood by their work and finished with an outstanding product that we will enjoy for years to come. Very reliable and honest company that I will always recommend.

Sta-Built did a fantastic job on our projects. We interviewed 3 companies before we choose Sta-Built. All the companies bids were very similar in price, but the professionalism of Sta-Built was far beyond everyone we interviewed. Ryan came out and helped us design our projects. My husband and I wanted different designs and Ryan was able to show us what he thought would look best in the space we had to work with. So happy we went with Ryan's design. Both projects turned out fantastic. The crews that came out to do the work were very professional. Ben and Johnathan are meticulous and so is the rest of the crew. Our wall and walkway turned out great. I wish all contractors were this professional. Some before and after pics. Not in the right order. But you get the idea.

The extended new wall solved a slope problem where the tree-like shrubs were leaning over into the neighbor's yard. The appearance of the wall and fence is much improved. The contractor's suggestion to put the previous fence's replacement on top of the wall was also very positive. The new wall and fence are much more attractive and stable than the previous. (A minor point: some of the debris from the previous wall was not removed.)

Sta-Built was the only company of the four contacted that followed through with a bid. They have great references. Ryan helped with the design. We did not think to include lighting and it was an excellent suggestion and decision. Hector and his crew showed up as scheduled and finished the job in two days. Hector assisted in making the right paver and color choices. We couldn't be happier with the end result. We will definitely hire again!

Awesome. Peter and his crew were fantastic and did great work. Because of the wet winter there were some issues with stones not adhering but Peter's crew came out several times to correct problems. Any time I rang Peter he was very responsive.

These guys were great! They were always on time, responsive to my questions and txt messages, worked together with me to design the garden patio area and did a skillful and artistic job of installation. You can tell they all like their jobs and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.
