Hi my name is Samuel DeMars-Conoly. I'm a liscensed plumber ( CA liscense # 1136521 ) with over 7 years of experience serving Modesto as well as the surrounding area. As a husband and father of two I understand the importance of taking care of your family and your home and of having trust worthy people to help you along the way. I offer a complete range of plumbing services from leaks to drain cleaning, water heaters, fixture installation and everything in between. Thanks for taking the time to check my company out!

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing

Had a major blockage somewhere in my pipes. Called up the plumber who was very professional over the phone. Showed up and was able to get it unclogged. Major life saver! Would recommend him to anyone who runs into plumbing issues.

Commercial Tankless Water Heater Installation
Samuel is an expert in tankless water heater installations, I appreciate the willingness and availability as well as the expertise that makes using him as a subcontractor well worth it. Sam is great. He helped me with several re-pipe projects on my 1960’s house. He is friendly, efficient, and isn’t one of those guys that tries to push other repairs just to make more money. Compared to other plumbers we had used previously, I would highly recommend Sam.

I had an emergency where the sprinklers of my home where leaking. Samuels answered my call when I needed him and communicated clearly as to when he would arrive. When he arrived he talked about solutions and the cost effectiveness of them which helped me decide which route to take. I will definitely recommend Samuel and rehire next time I face a plumbing problem
