I?ve used them for 3 years, but no longer. Treatment and lawn care service has been good for the most part but I noticed that they slipped extra charges and applications on my service agreement. The first time I noticed I was issued a refund, all good, just took some time reaching out. 1 year later they did the same thing again! No refund this time. Some fraudulent activity going on here, pay close attention to all billing statements if you choose this company.

I requested lawn be aerated and they show up with liquid and spray the probably took less than 10 minutes, i was not informed Pryor that this was not the traditional aeration with a machine and of course the results were total BS , they are putting chemical on your lawn that does not even come close to what a machine can do, i do not recommend this lawn care company

Asked to be called to discuss weeds in yard. Told them I had appointments and would be out but I could discuss over the phone. Never received phone call. Having the company for many years I still have weeds and would like to discuss a solution to the problem. Not looking to change, at the moment, however I would like to know how to correct

My first season with ExperiGreen just concluded. I am quite satisfied for the most part. The only downside would be that on a couple of occasions the technician showed up with no advance notice. I need to know ahead of time, so that I can prepare the yard (mow, rake, etc.). The most important characteristic of note though is the result. My yard was in bad shape after several years of inferior service from TruGreen. One season with ExperiGreen brought my yard back to good health quickly. The ExperiGreen technicians are thorough. With TruGreen, it was common to see a technician treat about a third of the yard and leave. After that experience, I watched the ExperiGreen techs at work. They treat every square foot of the yard, leaving no part untouched. I will very likely renew with this company for another season.

I was having a major problem with spurge grass. It was starting to take over my lawn. After several attempts to to kill it, it still wasnâ  t dying off. After a chat with customer service, Lacey, the production manager with ExperiGreen, got involved, and oh boy, things turned around! Extremely pleased with the customer service I received and would definitely recommend ExperiGreen lawn care!

My lawn is the greenest (is that a word?) on my street. I use ExperiGreenâ s lawn fertilization and weed control service, and would recommend them to anyone. I also use their pest control, and since using it I do not have problems with mosquitoes or spiders. My gardener always wants to use my clipping for fertizing and mulching, he leaves a little on my yard. My experience with ExperiGreen has been so good, my tech Jeff Hanna is extremely courteous and answers any question I may have. He shows up and on time every time.

After calling Exerigreen I received requested advertisement and pricing information in my email from Experigreen. Additionally I received emails from another company by approximately the same name, EXPEROGREEN, which had different telephone numbers. So I looked up Experigreen’s phone number on the Internet and called it to make sure I was hiring the right people. Evidently there is some copy cat company, EXPEROGREEN. Upon a closer examination of EXPEROGREEN it appears pretty fishy.

My wife and I hired this company within a few months of moving into our new home and they have. They have provided excellent lawn services over the last 4 years in our house. They arrive when they say they are going g to arrive, give great information on when we can walk or let our dog on the lawn, and the customer service department is easy to talk to. Have had no issues with this company.
