I got referred to Experigreen Lawn care services by a friend of mine. Spoke with Ken who was very professional and explained in detailed on the pricing it would take for pre and post emergent weed elimination. Would definitely recommend his service for anyone who is looking for lawn care in and around Charlotte metro area.

Rating of -0. Horrible company. Check out BBB reviews BEFORE you hire Experigreen! One after the other the BBB reviews give a true picture of how incompetent, deceptive and unresponsive Experigreen is. They have ruined many lawns, charged for services not contracted for (DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!), and ignored complaints for years. Totally destroyed our lawn in two years, taking no responsibility or giving due compensation. Our lawn is now ALL weeds and invasive grasses. It is going to cost us a fortune to get our lawn back to the beautiful condition it was in before we hired them when we could no longer take care of the lawn ourselves due to travel requirements. They have NO excuse for not being able to kill weeds and invasive grasses which they have enabled to take over our entire lawn. They tell you what you want to hear, but it is only lip service with no positive results - IF you can get them to return your calls!

THE WORST lawn care service ever in over 50 years. My lawn finally is damaged enough that all hope to recover it is by God's grace. I am done with them forever!!!

I Worked with Manager Kenneth [Provider Name Removed] and he took care of all my issues in Lawn, Ken and Team knows what exactly needed to be taken care of lawn services and he gave me a nice discount with my payments. I definitely recommend ExperiGreen for Lawn services.

This company has terrible customer service. My lawn is being killed by grubs, their technician's assessment, so I purchased a grub treatment. The manager I spoke with said the treatment would occur in 3-5 days. That date passed so I called and was told they would be out within 72 hours. That date also passed so I called again and was told July. My lawn will be dead by July and all I get is the run around. This is not the first time this season that I have been told something that does not happen as scheduled. This company has terrible customer service and does not care about keeping their word. I paid for the full season in advance to save 5%, big mistake! I would advise looking at another company.

This is a terrible company! And her is why: I hired them to to do a lawn care restoration in 2023 and paid in full in advance. In 2024 they continued to show up. I asked what they are doing and they said that I supposed to call them to cancel the service even tho I have not authorized any continuation of the service. So I called and they said that the service is discontinued, but I owe them $75 for 2024. I refused to pay and asked for a signed contract, some sort of a document that authorized their visits in 2024. They don't have anything, but sold my, so called, debt to local collectors, and now trying to get a $75+interest from me. And I should say that I have not noticed any positive change to my lawn after they did some spraying in 2023. In my experience, you can spray over some water and get the same result on your lawn. During their final visit in 2023 they broke a couple of sprinklers with their aeration machine. When I called their office asking to fix that - the said "we'll take a look". After a month of back and forth, I fixed those myself. Important note: during the conversations about broken sprinklers I reminded them that this is the end of our relationship and I what them to be gone. But they continued to show up in 2024 as if nothing had happened and said that I suppose to give them a separate call to cancel my account. Geniuses! I'd put a negative amount of stars here if there were an option. Stay away from this folks. They are charlatans.
