I was told once I paid for my service they would contact me in five days. I called them after two weeks and they told me they would be out the next day and I told them that was not enough notice. I asked them for the following Monday and they told me they would come out Wednesday so I waited all day without a call and they never came. I called them back and ask for my money back and they are suppose to call me today.

We hired Experigreen to fertilize, feed and treat our lawn this year, they should come out for the first time next week so we cannot rate the service yet. However, I was very impressed with the salesman, Austin Borkowski, he was very helpful and answered all my questions. This is the first lawn care company I have used and look forward to a great lawn this year! Thank you Austin!

Ive used this company for years and have been satisfied, however, Im canceling because of their policies. Last year (2019)I ordered an aeration and seeding. I was shocked that they repeated this process yesterday (2020) without notification and authorization They Just left an invoice for work that totaled $345. No one needs this Automatically every year and I certainly didnt. BEWARE! If you order something one year youll be unexpectedly billed for services that you only wanted for that season.

They called right away -- within a couple of hours. We talked about my distressed and browning lawn, and that was the last I ever heard from them. My lawn had grubs, which I finally treated myself. I lost about 10 days while my lawn went downhill.
