We’ve been using expert weekly for several years now. They’re great and we’re very happy with them.

They are friendly, professional and always try to accommodate any change in scheduling (which has happened a bit with the pandemic and my changing work schedule).

Leticia and her team are wonderful. The apartment always was spotless when they are done and they were very affordable. As well as willing to be flexible and understanding with schedule changes. Highly recommend Expert Cleaning!!

I have used Expert Cleaning for several years and will continue with them. They are a well run business, pay attention to small yet crucial details such as confirming cleaning times the day before. Their service is exceptional. In this covid era of heightened concern they were very clear and consistent with their safety protocols. All the staff treat me and my home with respect. You cannot get better service for the price.

We hired Leticia and Robert about 3 and a half years ago. They provide cleaning services every other week and do a wonderful job. They are thorough and detail oriented and the house is always spotless when they finish. They send a note the night before they come each time and are always on time. During the pandemic, the staff has consistently worn masks and gone to great lengths to keep everyone safe and healthy. We couldn't be happier with the service Expert Cleaning provides and as I've said to a number of folks, this service will be the last thing to go if money gets tight. Weâ ve used Expert Cleaning since July 2017, and have been very satisfied with their service. They do a thorough cleaning job, and are always careful, polite and friendly. The price is very reasonable and in fact I provide a $10 gratuity to each worker.

We hired Leticia and Robert about 3 years ago and have been very happy with their service. They are always on time and Leticia is a great communicator. They have been responsive to our requests, for example to try to use reusable materials, etc. when possible. They have also been very flexible and fair with us in scheduling and if we need to make changes. Highly recommended.

We have used Expert cleaners for 6+ years and have nothing but good things to say. They do a great job ensuring quality of their cleaning, gentle with our furniture, ask for feedback regularly, flexible and prompt with their schedule, and provide cleaning product recommendations and work with our preferences (eco friendly). Additionally during these pandemic times have ensured they are following safety measures (always wear a mask and gloves and booties on their shoes). Apart from our regular scheduled cleaning they offer a very thorough deep cleaning when needed that was really beneficial when we moved for example. I would highly recommend them!

I have had this home housekeeping company for almost 2 yrs now. We have been extremely happy with there service. The housekeepers are efficient, friendly and professional. The owner is very accommodating and easily approachable with any specific requests or concerns. I was impressed in the fact that the owners do spot checks on how their employees are doing and have high expectations on them representing their company. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been using Expert cleaners for several years (5, I think?) and they are wonderful! Leticia always reminds me when they are coming and they do an amazing job. The house sparkles when I come home! I chose their service because of the excellent job they did on our first cleaning. They scrubbed EVERYTHING! I also appreciate the extra care and attention they have taken during the pandemic. They reached out early on to let us know what precautions they were taking and checking to see if we wanted to continue, reduce, or cancel service. The staff are friendly and work hard. I appreciate that the staff arrive as a team, which means that the entire house can be cleaned in a reasonable amount of time. Working with Robert and Leticia is a pleasure. They are responsive and accommodating. The workers are always pleasant. During the pandemic, while we are both working from home, we hardly know they are in the house cleaning. They have a system that allows 2-3 cleaners for each visit and each does her own area of cleaning to get the entire house done thoroughly and efficiently.
