Expert AC & Heating

We were told by this company that they were not sure if they could get the part for their suggested repair but would let us know if they could. Before we got the call confirming service we informed that we were going to get a second opinion. Nothing was mentioned about a restock fee. Nothing was mentioned about them having or purchasing the part. ReStock fee was only mentioned the next day once we stated that we would be using another service provider. Company stole money by charging a stock fee to our account despite no prior agreement signed and no description of this fee in the quote signed. Also turned out that the repair they suggested would have cost us $1,300 when the maintenance that was required only costs us about $150. Just very shady business practices. We trusted this company due them being listed on Angi. I would have expected much better customer service and much more professionalism and communication.

John, the owner was really nice and knowledgeable, take care of all my AC service.

Very courterous and honest. Upfront about the work they would do and dispelled falseshoods about AC maintenance! Thank you and highly recommended.

Technician was friendly and professional. He gave me helpful tips to keep my two A/C units clean and running efficiently between annual maintenance. Will use again.

They do what their say.

So grateful for great service on holiday. AC we out on Memorial Day. We waited until afternoon and decided we needed help. This company responded quickly and courageously, and fixed pur problem.
