After leaving a Voice mail, he promptly called back and made an appointment for us a day and a half later. He was on time, Very Professional and most of all... Very Knowledgeable. He repaired the stove and educated us about the fact that many times repairing an older unit may actually be better than replacing it with a very costly New One.... We Agreed. Hired Dave to repair our Wolf range. He did not know what he was doing. We paid $286 for an oven door spring that turned out to be the wrong one. He installed it and left and the oven door does not operate correctly. That was on Nov. 4, 2019. He has promised to return with the correct spring and send the wrong one back for a refund. That never happened. So, we are out the cost of the spring and the service call fee. Subzero and Wolf called him and he promised us the repair spring was in the mail and he would be out to install soon. That was 6 weeks ago. He does not take our calls any longer. We have given him the opportunity to correct the problem but it now appears to us after all these months that he has NO intention of ever coming back. We also have a friend that had a similar experience.

Dave came out and looked at my refrigerator for me in a timely fashion. It turned out that the problem had an easy fix and Dave did not hesitate to explain this to me, instead of trying to sell me all kinds of expensive repair parts and labor. He was very courteous and professional and I'm keeping him number on hand for any further needs. Very pleased

We had David Gilchrist come out to fix our refrigerator . It took him almost two weeks and three visits to attempt to fix it. He said it was fixed and it worked for about 3 weeks. I called him back because the work was still under warranty and he never returned my call? We were living out coolers and lost food in the refrigerator and freezer. We had no choice and had to buy a new refrigerator. We were charged $299.00 for this non repair. We feel he should refund us the money for not honoring the warranty an not bothering to return our call.

I had a broken washing machine. The gentleman was very nice. Called before he came. Seemed to be very knowledgeable about the appliance. I ultimately did not hire him only because we are going to replace the washing machine. If the washer had been repairable I would have hired him.

I was able to get same day appointment. After trying to fix something myself, I needed help from someone who know what they were doing. Great service, even better price. Next time something breaks this will be first call
