Exceptional experience. Jay (owner) identified and made minor repairs to our refrigerator and oven. Was to install otr micro, but saw damage in shipping, took pictures and will install replacement. Intelligent, easy to deal with----would use no one else in future for needs in this area.

He was always late, and took one week to repair washing machine. Two days he was a no show. Very disappointed with everything .

Although paid for, the work was not complete, Tony has promised but never delivered on commitments. He did not answer the phone when I called but answered when called from another number. So, beware. There are other choices. I'm starting an inquiry into this company (Expert Appliance) so my choice of words matter.

The repairman came, took apart the microwave, found the problem, and then checked for available parts to repair and found the parts no longer being manufactured. No longer available. According to him, there would be no charge for this work as he hadn't fixed my problem. Excellent for his having spent over an hour working. Would call them later for other problems.

This company - (based on my experience) is completely dishonest and is a sham operation. I paid them over $1000. and got (0) value for my investment. "We repaired 3 appliances. All 3 are working perfectly. Customers has been pushing the incorrect buttons on his stand alone freezer and putting it into showroom mode, multiple times. We have went back out multiple times, and taken it out of showroom mode. We made 3 non working appliances work 100 percent. Check our reviews. Unfortunately there is no way for us to monitor what he does to the unit when we are not there. This review is mean spirited and inaccurate. Seriously look at our other reviews."

Guys did the work that other appliance people would not want to do. So I really appreciate their willingness to take on a project. One thing that was disappointing was the scheduling. Had to reschedule after was told someone called in.

Quick to respond to inquery, gave me an invoice which seemed about right. We set up a time and date to do the work but he was a no show and no call either. I had to call to find what was happening. We rescheduled. He came quite late for this appointment but the work was done quickly and professionally.

"We offer a free estimate. We try to give an idea over the phone, but in this case, there was more to the repair, then originally expected. We still offered a free, no obligation estimate after we physically evaluated the unit. That price was agreed to, a nd did not change."

Scheduled twice. Arrived over an hour late for a two hour window.. No text or call to inform of delay. Only called after I texted to say I was going with someone else. A nice enough guy and work seems satisfactory

These guys are real pros, they came in assessed the problem, quoted a price and had the parts ordered within 30 minutes. The next day, they installed the necessary parts and were gone within 35 minutes. I would hire them again in a minute.
