Very disappointed how they treated a now former long-time customer. Basic story: Expert tech couldn?t repair a leaking dishwasher and said a new machine was needed. Insisted that a tweak I suggested was unnecessary and wouldn?t help. I called a competitor who took my suggestion and fixed the leak in a few minutes. I requested a refund from Expert for their incompetence and was ignored.

He owns the business and was very consciencous. He had a tarp down when he worked on my refrigerator and cleaned up after himself when he was done. He told me the issue, why it happened and how much it would cost to fix.. He was right on! I have used him before and I will continue to go to him for this kind of work. I highly recommend him.

Our LG refrigerator stopped cooling and we needed it fixed asap since our food was starting to spoil. After looking on here we got a call within 5 minutes and they were at my house within the time frame they specified. Alex was very knowledgeable and got to work right away. He identified the problem with our fridge, gave us a quote and fixed the problem. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. I will definitely hire Expert Appliance if needed in the future!

Not certain how to rate the value for charge. A line was clogged which resulted on water pooling under the bins that were closest to the bottom of the refrigerator section. No idea what a good charge would be

We had one of our dip box freezers break down on the very first hot day of the season and Alex came right out . He diagnosed the problem and immediately ordered the parts . Within in 24 hours we were fixed up and running . Alex is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience I would truly recommend him !

i had an issue with my refrigerator, and Alex from Expert Appliance came to fix it. The job not only got completed the correct way but he provided an education and get me informed along the way of the repair. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, i will be recommending him and will use them in the future if the services are needed for any other appliances. Top notch service.

Immediate response by Alex to my inquiry placed on HomeAdvisor (I posted it at 9.30pm on a Friday night and the phone rang at 9.45pm!!) Mark arrived for the appointment bang on time and quickly identified the problem with our none lighting GE gas range oven..... Mark had the part in his van and it was fixed within half an hour....Cannot fault service in any way - Would not hesitate to strongly recommend.....

Alex was wonderful he came to my house on a Sunday. He found the problem quickly, order the part that I needed, and came back and installed in with in a few days. I will definitely use him again.

Alex showed up on time and quickly narrowed down the problem with my microwave. Initially he thought he would have to order parts or take the unit into the store, but fortunately he was able to replace a fuse that had blown and it is back operating. Because the fuse may not have been the underlying problem Alex said if it blew again he would give me credit for this first visit.

I very much appreciated Alex's excellent response time and service. He took the time to talk to me on the phone so he could understand exactly what the problem was before I hired him. Would definitely use him again. Thanks Alex.

Did not put much effort into finding the issue.

Alex knew right away what the problem was with my dryer and stove - he had the parts in his truck and fixed them the same day. Plus its guaranteed for a full year. Would definitely use them again.
