Jacob Garza made a service appointment on the same day I contacted EAR. He walked me through the diagnostics process, made the repair, and had my washing machine working again in less than an hour. Quick to come over on the same day my washer went out! Exactly 3 hours he was here! Great customer service. Price was reasonable even if he couldn't fix it because it was completely worn out. He tried everything to fix ithe problem and he probably prevented a possible house fire! Will call again if ever needed!

Have already told several friends about my experience. The owner Jacob Garza was early for the appointment. Clean cut, well dressed, very polite, & very very knowledgeable. What took me 2hrs to tear down Jacob had the washer put back together in less than 5 minutes. If there was 6 stars heâ d have my vote
