Service tech was able to come the day I called. He called before he came and he had the part in his truck and installed it. I was expecting it to be a two visit call. I was very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend them without question!

The initial contact with Expert was very good, and their phone customer service rep was helpful in setting up our initial visit. But the service person arrived, took apart our dryer and washer, then informed us we had a 3-5 day wait for the proper part for our dryer. Because he left everything open and disconnected, we were unable to use even our washer for those days. Also, cleanup after the job was unacceptable.

very very honest company. My dryer wasn't drying well. The repair man showed up in the time range, called to inform his arrival time. He informed me that that since the dryer was spinning and generating heat, it was probably a block in the venting hose. It was that, The tech could have charged for the trip but didn't. It was very pleasant.

The technician was prompt, courteous and honest. He actually was able to fix our washing machine without replacing a part that he could have easily told us needed replacing and charged a bit more to do. He even said if we ever decide to replace it, the service charge to come look at it will be deducted from the charge to replace it. I was very happy with the service.
