On time and very professional, arrived within 3 hours of service request, excellent service.

I am still waiting for them to repair my front loader washer machine. I had to call them to see where the part was that we paid half for and still waiting. Called this pass Thursday with no answer. I am very upset!!!!

The service tech gave me details of the repair needed, an estimate of the cost. In the end, the repair did not justify the cost, so I ended up purchasing a new washing machine.

Professionals from the initial phone call to the completed repair. The service men called ahead of arrival and arrived on time. They diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. This company used the latest technology to diagnose the problem with my complicated he washer! Highly recommended!!!

Tech diagnosed issue and provided quote for repair. Due to high cost of repair, I decided to replace. Trip fee was reasonable.

The technician was knowledgeable and unstopped the drain line. No parts replaced and charged $300.00 just to unstop drain line on refrigerator. I thought that was unfair just to unstop the drain line but what was I to do. I am 70 years old and had no one else so I chose to pay it...He did do a good job though... :~) :~(

Called to check if OK to arrive a little early..arrived abt 1 hr early...immediately detected problem.. had problem resolved in abt 1 hr..very expensive fridge now purring like a kitten. would recommend to anyone..pleasant, uniformed, polite, very efficient.

I at first thought the diagnostic fee was very reasonable, but since I have decided based on the service I r3eceived that it was too much. The tech just agreed with me. The only test he did was check the outlet. Said that since I had already paid that if his recommendation didn't fix it they could come back out for no fee. His recommendation didn't fix it. He was scheduled to come out from 3-5 on Wednesday never called or showed. They receptionist told me the next morning he had already been out twice, I said he never came out the 2nd time. She said she would get with him and let me know something. I still haven't received any messages from them.

The customer service we received from the technician who came to our residence was excellent. However, we had to wait well beyond our promised service window due to the originally scheduled service technician not being able make the appointment we were given. We were not notified by anyone that the service technician was not going to make the appointment and when we tried to inquire about why no one arrived as scheduled, It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone who could help. However our refrigerator ended up getting repaired even if it was well past the original appointment window.

Was in a panic after my refrigerator stopped keeping the freezer and main cold. I called late on a Saturday and they got me an appointment first thing on Sunday morning. They were so helpful with my situation. They told me to use some dry ice Saturday night so my items would not spoil. The tech was on time and very friendly. He identified the problem quickly and repaired it. I would absolutely use Expert Appliance again! A

The service technician verified that it was not the refrig; connected it to another outlet and vaccumed the coils. He cleaned up a bit. Was on time and professional.

They made the appointment but no one showed up. Set me back three days in getting the dryer fixed.

Very good service. The repair was easy (replaced relay of frig) so thought the cost was a little high. However the technician was very good.

The technician was too lazy to take 2 more screws out so he just bent the access panel back instead of removing it. I Paid $429.00 for the refrigerator repair and it did not work when he left. After 2 days of it not getting cold I pulled it out to unplug it and the water line was leaking. I have made 2 more appointments with them and they did not show up for either one. I had taken time off work for both of them and even called to confirm that they were still coming. I have called them 17 times to try to get them back and still no response. I would not call these guys if they were the only appliance repair place on earth. I wish they had negative numbers for rating these guys.

My oven wouldn't heat. In about 5-10 minutes the problem was determined by the technician JR. He later returned with the part and completed repair in 5-10 minutes.

The initial repair was completed after an initial visit, part ordered and a return to put the part on. But the water hose was not set correctly causing the water to leak under the fridge. it was noticed but not checked and put off as just excess water. the tech left and 1 hour later my kitchen was full of water coming from under the refrigerator, going under the cabinet, under the molding. I called the tech who said he could not make it back that evening but would make it back the following day and told me to pull out the fridge and turn off the water. I called the office to reschedule for the next day at 4:30. As heavy as a refrigerator is, after 8 towels trying to protect the floor and molding and cabinet, I finally strained to pull out the fridge and turn off the water. After more towels down to soak and water off the fridge sits pulled out with now no water and the original issue, not able to make ice. I am worse than I started. I received a call at 6 that the tech was behind again. i was adamant that someone come out and correctly fit the hose. As of 9pm, they are a no show and no further call. I will have to call for assistance now to correctly fit the water hose to stop the leak. Horrible service after money is paid. I believe there is only one tech else someone should have been here. Will not use them again and believe I am owed a credit. After 1 week of no communication, the 3rd week in the tech returned to correct the issue. Fridge and ice maker both working. Today there is water all over the floor, again. Called the office for a tech since the parts and labor are under warranty. Made an appointment. will see how this one goes. Would like to give a better review so this will tell the story.
