Arrived on the same day! Diagnosed the problem, had the needed part the next day and installed it on Saturday. I even got a follow-up call 2 days later to make sure everything was working well! Great service and great customer support - I will use A-1 again!

Technician did NOT pressure us to fix machine. Explained clearly the issue and recommended getting a new machine due yo repair cost for our 12 year old front loader. We really appreciated his honest assessment.

JD was very prompt in answering my request and came out within an hour after my dryer almost caught on fire. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part to fix it right then. He was such a nice guy and gave me a lot of information that will be helpful in the future. I checked with other companies and A-1''s price was very competitive. He called as soon as he had the part and came within 30 minutes to install it. I thought I needed a new door gasket for my refrigerator but JD diagnosed a different problem - a clogged drain line. He cleared the drain line, did not need to install the gasket, and charged MUCH LESS THAN THE ORIGINALLY QUOTED PRICE. His honesty is magnificent. He even reloaded all the food back into the refrigerator and freezer. A-1 will be my "go to" guys for any future appliance repairs.
