The company contacted my after I called your service and later contacted me with an estimate. It is my understanding, the part for the appliance has been ordered however I have not heard back from the company since that call to set up a service appointment. It may just be taking time to have the part ordered and shipped.

In the past, another company came to look at the same problem, worked on it for 4 hours, and told me I needed to completely replace my refrigerator/freezer. So I called Expert Appliance, they came over promptly at the time they said they would, in 1/2 hour figured out the problem, replaced a part for $170.00 and I am very satisfied!!

On time, professional, and service was quick and successful. Price was a little expensive to repair a washing machine, but work was guaranteed and the result was much preferable to purchasing a new machine.

fast response, honest with my rental property (most people try to take advantage). Dishwasher panel had sediment/corrosion from water leaking in...and it&apos;s a newer unit (GE, <3 years old). He cleaned up it and reassembled and so far so good. Said they&apos;d have to replace entire panel (both of them) next time but also understands that if the price is too much I&apos;ll be buying a new unit. Very friendly, fast, flexible, reasonable. I&apos;d like to see more of how good they are to me before making them my go-to guys for my real estate business. If not for that, I would recommend them.

The best part was that the technician did NOT try to sell me repairs I didn&apos;t need. Our refrigerator was making noise, but only intermittently. He explained all the parts that could go wrong, which parts were making noise and what to look for in the future. In our case it just needed a clean-out of all the dust that was causing heat buildup, but he could have persuaded me to replace the compressor starter and he didn&apos;t. The cost for the visit was minimal and will apply to any repairs if anything needs it in the next three months. I would definitely call them again for other repairs!

In and out (using shoe covers) in half an hour replacing the lid switch on a top loader washer. Common problem and one hundred and forty dollar solution. Sears would have been $129 plus parts and there 3 days later. He was an efficient repairman with a comparable price.

The repairman refunded the entire payment becuase he could not correct the problem with the refrigerator

The repairman came the same day and had parts available at the time of the visit. Although expensive I was very pleased bc it was so quick

My major concern was that on the first visit the person sent to fix my appliance was on his cell phone from the beginning of the visit to the end. He even was taking the front off the appliance with one hand as he handled his cell phone with the other. Even so, he diagnosed the problem correctly.

i called them in the morning to fix a garbage disposal and they were there by that evening and fixed everything in about a half hour.

Surprise! He arrived on a Sunday after I called on a Saturday. My gas appliance wasn&apos;t working as well as it should and I work throughout the week. Prompt, polite, and the pricing seemed right.
