Michael Dempsey were two of the best repair men I have ever seen. I had a bad spot on my carpet which they removed and patched. There is no way you can tell. Perfect!! He said his goal was to make me happy and he totally succeeded! I highly recommend this company!!!!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Carpet was installed while I was out of town. Michael kept me updated with pictures, stayed in contact and made sure I was happy with everything when I got home. I would definitely recommend them and plan to contact them again for my next home!

I had two areas badly soiled with cat urine. Luckily the previous homeowner left me with some extra carpet scraps. Michael and son came out and removed the stained and smelly carpet, throughly cleaned the subfloor, and patched the carpet so well you can t tell the carpet was replaced. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing craftsmanship and expertise. I had called Eagle Carpet Repair and they botched the job. Michael assured me from the initial conversation on the phone that his experience and expertise could correct the issue saving me from having to get carpet in the entire room. Michael and his son are very professional and did an amazing job. These guys should be the only one to call for patching or repairing carpet issues.

Mike responded right away to my request through Home Advisor. Mike is very professional and really knows about carpet. Mike came out and did a great job on a bad tear in our commercial carpet. Once he repaired the area there was no place you could see any seams. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend this company.

Michael responded to my initial request immediately. Despite my procrastination in following up, when I did contact him the other day he scheduled for 48 hours later and now I'm all patched up! He arrived exactly on time, gave me clear direction on what I needed to get from Home Depot and was ready for me when I got back. He and his son William are very polite and professional and treated my home with respect. They worked efficiently and cleanly. Michael even gave me a tip for better securing my front door. Hope I never need them for this purpose again but will definitely recommend them and use them for any other carpet needs.

"I am going to send her a check because she did not find the value in what we did 3 hours and did a perfect job she still says she can not find where we seamed her carpet together after her dog tore it apart in to the hallway and master bedroom it's not my fault I gave her a price before I started all she had to say was I don't want to do it we also replaced the walk in closet also 3 hours home advisor charged 35.00 for lead 15.00 gas supplies and 2 installers taxes time on job definitely not gouching total 375.00"

My dog absolutely shredded my carpet in the doorway to my bedroom going into the living room. I sent Michael some pictures of the damage and he called me later that day with a quote. He was super flexible with finding a time to come out and fix it. They arrived 15 minutes early and were very friendly and professional. We ended up taking the carpet out of my closet and patching the doorway area, then putting new carpet in my closet. They replaced it all in about two hours and it looks like nothing ever happened. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!
