One Time Interior House Cleaning
On 4-19-22 I wrote a review and gave this company and 1 star rating, I would like to change my rating back to a 5 star rating. I have used Expert Cleaning Concepts for years, and Ms. Johnson the owner and I came to an agreement. Even though she is not personally at fault and you cannot blame the entire company for one dishonest employee, (one bad apple should not disrupt the entire cart so to speak) I will use this company again, they always did a fantastic job in cleaning my house. I will just be more vigilant in keeping my valuables safe (which anyone should). I would like to Thank Ms. Johnson and to welcome Expert Cleaning Concept back into my home.

ECC is always on the mark as far consistency is mentioned. I have been a customer for over a couple of years. As part of my service to my church, I arrange move-ins & move-outs for new or visiting members, guests & benefactors from out of town and personally do on-site check-ups to make sure that they are settled in an immaculately clean place. Aside from professional results, I am assured of affordable rates (specially for bi-weekly recurring cleaning), flexible scheduling and fast same day appointment booking. They are the real best deal and there's nothing more that I could ask for.
