Chain Link Fence Installation
They removed our old fence and installed a new 5’ black chain link fence. Their crew was very pleasant and hard working. Jacob kept us well informed and was on top of things. Work guilty was great and we would highly recommend Xpert Exteriors and we will be using them again.

Had old cracked concrete removed from my patio and from my pool area. Not only did the demolition crew damage the flagstone around my pool, but the new concrete also has a long crack in it and no one is replying to my text msgs. I have mailed a letter of demand. My next step is litigation. Shabby, rushed job they couldnâ t wait to get their money. The concrete had not dried, the border still there the owner job site manager was at my house early to get the other 50% of the $6,055.78 total for a messy, shabby job.

CONCRETE CRACKS Hairline cracks less than 1/8 inch is very normal and rarely a concern for a structured slab that is 3,000 PSI. We addressed the concerns with the flagstone coping that was chipped during demo and we repaired and that was the last thing I was told about the flagstone. Its demolition! 3. Xpert contracts explain in detail about small cracks and hairline cracks can take place at any time 4. My team is"
