Expert Flooring Solutions’ Tom Rossi is a guy who tells it like it is. He doesn't try to upsell you. In fact, he will make suggestions according to your needs, not his. The service is fast, professional and reasonably priced. He also guarantees his work. He did a great job for me and he will be my first call for all my future flooring needs. Expert Flooring Solutions installed all new flooring and baseboards in my house. I had Porcelain Tile installed in my entry way, kitchen, bathrooms and around my fireplace. Laminate in my living room, dining room, hallway and hall and linen closets. Carpeting in the bedrooms and closets. All new 4" baseboards installed through the entire house. I am very happy with all of my new flooring. Shawn was my salesman and he came to my house and measured and gave me some good advice on what to do or not to do. I met him at the store a twice to pick out flooring samples. Once I made my choices he put me on their schedule. The tile was installed first and Juan and his guys did a good job of the installation. The grout had to be touched up, but overall I am happy. Daniel & Tito installed the laminate and the baseboards. I absolutely love the look of the laminate I choose. The new baseboards look so good I don't have the words to describe them. Daniel is very knowledgeable on laminate and Tito is a very hard worker. You guys ROCK! Jose and his guy installed the carpeting and they did a great job too. The carpet color I choose really gives the bedrooms a warm and inviting feeling. All of these guys are trustworthy and I did not hesitate to leave for work each day while they stayed in my home and installed the flooring. I must also mention that I got to meet Tom Rossi when I went to the store and he is such a nice man. You can tell he loves his business and he makes his customers feel welcome. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring. Thank you, Tom, Shawn, Juan, Daniel, Tito, Jose and all of the guys who came into my home. I really appreciate your hard work to make my home look new again!

Due to the incompetence of the property management company, I had lost time in getting carpet ordered for our rental. Shawn measured the same day I spoke to him, made a recommendation for the carpeting and ordered it the same day! I was truly amazed at such a quick response and commitment to his job! Shawn, Jose and his crew are so professional - I wish half of the people in Vegas could be this good. He always was on time, showed up when he said he would, returned calls, inspected the job, and did an excellent job. I will highly recommend him for all flooring needs.

Shawn is very easy to work with. He was right on time with his appointments and worked with both my wife and I to find the perfect fit for our tile and laminate project. He also travels with samples to choose from saving you the hassel of going to pick your flooring out at a wholesaler. His crews were on time or very close to the time they said they would be there. All were professional and timely about their work. I plan to use Shawn and his crews again on some future flooring projects and I have already made several recommendations to friends and co-workers to contact him for their flooing needs. Shawn was very proffessional and kept every committment. Even if he was going to be just 5 minutes late he called to let us know. I feel we got a great carpet for a good price. The installation was quick and they did a great job. I really appreciated that I did not have to pay for anything until I could see the completed job. I would recommend them to family and friends.
