Rick came over and quickly completed my garage door, and I was very happy with the service and would use his services again

Rick was excellent. Came right away and replaced the springs. Door works quietly and smoothly, way better than before. Did not try to upsell for a new door and gave quote over the phone and honored it. Two of the others would not quote over the phone even after I gave them the exact door specs and model. One of the vendors gave a lowball quote and scheduled 4 days out . When I called back the next day they raised the quote by $200 and said rollers would be an additional $150. Rick was able to fit us in same day I called him back. When you call Pride you are talking to the guy doing the work. He knows what he is talking about. Three of the other companies are call centers who have to “send a tech to give you a free estimate” (and then try to upsell you to a new door).

Rick, was honest and straight forward with the repair and provide me with a reasonably and affordable quote. He was quick and drove out all the way to the east valley! Highly recommend Pride Garage Door!

Rick did a great job. No only fixed my door but made it sound quieter. A bit pricey but reasonable when he showed up in 3 hours.
