This small business owner has done an incredible job cleaning out my gutters. Not only did Josue power wash the channels but he took the time to clean and wash out the downspouts and provide recommendations for how to maintain the gutters so they last longer. Josue was very professional, informative and down to earth in his communication. I’ve already scheduled Josue to come back in the next few months to get the gutters prepared for winter because of all the leaves. The other service he provides is washing windows. I can’t wait to see his work on this job. I highly recommend this business owner because of his work ethic, his attention to detail and his integrity. Very nice people

I emailed Par 3 on a Thursday and they immediately emailed back to me. We set up a time on the following Tuesday and they came on Monday (they texted to make sure it was ok). The work was done quickly, no known issues.

They did the work while we were out and cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. I will use them again.

Windows were washed inside and out. They look great.

My wife and I were extremely disappointed in this company. In fact, we are needing to hire someone else to complete the project due to the terrible job done. After receiving a tentative quote, Jose came out for the consult and was over an hour late. He then agreed to clean the inside and outside of all windows in the home. When he was there doing the project, he didn’t clean both the inside and outside or take the screens off like he had committed to. He then did not even clean our downstairs windows (inside or outside). Overall, this job was half done and when we reached back out to Jose, he did not respond to us about not completing the work. Overall, this was a complete waste of money and I would definitely recommend going with someone else (or at least exploring other options) before ever booking the work with them.
