The new carpet looks good and my dog hasn't figured out how to ruin it yet, so that's a win I guess Pretty straightforward job, no issues just nice to not have those trashed spots anymore.

We gutted our entire kitchen and I'm still in shock at how amazing it turned out! Took about 3 weeks which felt long but honestly went by pretty fast.The design consultation was clutch. Started noticing water stains on our ceiling around the skylight a few months back. Thought maybe it just needed some caulking or something simple. Turns out it was way worse than that. Expert found that the flashing around the skylight had deteriorated completely, water had been getting into the roof deck and there was rot in the wood framing around it. They basically had to rebuild the entire opening, replace damaged decking and install new flashing. What I thought would be a quick $300 fix ended up being over $1800 because of all the hidden damage. I was frustrated at first but they showed me pictures of the rot and explained that if we didn't fix it right, we'd have a much bigger problem down the road. Wish it hadn't cost that much but at least it's done right and we don't have to worry about structural damage getting worse

Our bedroom had the original carpet from when the house was built 15+ years of stains and who knows what else trapped in there. I have allergies and was constantly sneezing in that room, so we finally decided to rip it out. Expert Home Builders pulled up all the old carpet and installed vinyl plank flooring. The room is about 182 square feet and they knocked it out in one day. We went with a gray wood look plank that's waterproof, which is perfect since our dog occasionally has accidents. When they pulled up the old carpet it was even worse underneath than I imagined. The new flooring looks way more modern and the room feels so much cleaner.

The crew at expert replaced all the air ducts in our house and what a difference it's made. Our ventilation system was original from the 1980s and had literally never been serviced, I know, embarrassing. We had 8 ducts total that all needed replacing. The old ducts were full of dust, some had holes and a few were barely hanging on. No wonder our allergies were so bad and the AC never seemed to work right. They removed all the old ductwork and installed new insulated ducts throughout the house. The air quality in our house is noticeably better now and our energy bill actually went down because the system isn't working so hard.

Horrible! Windows failed in a year. Under warranty but after 6 months of trying to get them replaced I had another company come out. It was December and COLD. I started calling in July. Shameful! The company is so unethical.

Turns out the concrete foundation on the back corner of my house had sunk pretty significantly, like a couple inches at least. The team had to lift and level everything, they'd need to use piers to stabilize the foundation and then hydraulically lift it back to where it should be. Now the bathroom actually ventilates and the mirror doesn't fog up for twenty minutes after a shower. Can't believe the builder skipped this basic feature but at least it's fixed now.
