Superior Plumbing called me within 30 seconds of entering the online request and scheduled for later that day. Then Benjamin Franklin Plumbers showed up rather than Munson Mechanical or Superior Plumbing. All three businesses operate out of the same address. They were a few minutes late, but quickly fixed my simple problem. They had the part on the truck, and finished up in no time. Both the technician and his apprentice were young, but I had no problem calling a discount outfit for this simiple repair.
