I had a home inspection scheduled for Feb 16th at 7am. Steven Sadler arrived on time. He was very polite, thorough as well as professional throughout the whole inspection. I received my full inspection report within 24 hours. Which was very detailed with pictures included. I would highly recommend Expert Inspections LLC for your home inspection needs

I liked working with Steven. First of all he is a nice guy, which is important because he is not trying to intimidate you. He is a good listener and I was able to explain to him that I have a small house, that roof and siding is a responsibility of Condo Association and, actually, those details made my home inspection price lower. Other people I talked before him were asking too many questions instead of listening. I was never able to explain those details and they gave me average price without taking in consideration my particular situation. Therefore, I highly recommend working with Steven. He is on time and wears boots covers which I highly appreciate too.
