Expert Mosquito and Tick Control

Do not waste your time and money with this company. Poor customer service and they do not do what they claim to do. We paid for a season of treatment which we were told would be treatments every 2-3 weeks. It’s not mid November and we received 2 treatments since the beginning of July. No responses to our emails. Do not do business with this company unless major changes have occurred.

BEWARE. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. What started out as a positive experience, ended with me being ripped off by the owner of the company after he cashed a check I wrote to him in the amount of $200, and never returned to my property for further treatment. Furthermore, he blatantly ignored my e-mails attempting to pin down a time when they would be out to visit. For 3 weeks, I patiently waited for a response, and nothing. At the very least, I would think he would have the guts to tell me he was not planning to return, but instead I was simply ignored. During the period of time they were treating my property, they were inconsistent in terms of their visits, and always had plenty of excuses to support said inconsistencies and lack of communication. also, after talking to others who have used similar companies, I found out that he was overcharging significantly based on the number of times he actually came to my property. Looks as though most of their positive reviews were at least a year ago, perhaps after taking over the business, the current owner is just too incompetent to run an honest and organized business. If I were you, I would look elsewhere. Next year I will be treating my yard myself.

Terrific family owned business. Fantastic customer service and great price. I was originally skeptical that their services would not make an impact, I was proved wrong! My mosquito and tick problem is now well managed by their services.

Great customer service! My yard was much more enjoyable with no mosquitoes. Great to spend the short Massachusetts summer outside. Highly recommended!
