Had a problem with tankless water heater. Contacted Expert Plumbing - they promptly responded & arrived within the hour. Andrei inspected W/H and all faucets. Explained problem in detail and quoted a price for repairs. Next day 3 workers arrived and completed extensive repairs within 2 days. I had no down time during repairs. The entire team was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Did not get the right quote for the product I wanted. Too expansive !

Very professional service

He came to fix sprinklers. Said he really doesnâ t do that. Looked them over and did make some adjustments. All was well. Andre was very helpful and didnâ t charge for his time.

Levon was our Plummer , He was on time very pleasant and explained everything to us, gave us a price on all work. We went ahead and had him do the work. It took 3hrs and everything is all neat and clean and works great. If we need any more work done will ask for him. Very happy.

Expert Plumbing estimated and kept to budget for 50% of what my 2nd estimate was for. They also seem much more knowledgeable and job focused instead of trying to approach the customer as a sales opportunity. Got a non-pressure estimate, the tech showed up on time for both the estimate and the install. Can't say enough of how much Andrei and Expert Plumbing outshined the competition.

Couldn't fix the problem--did not charge me! Unbelievable.

Overall, great & professional experience! Call back was within 1 hour, appointment was made for that afternoon. Andri arrived on time, very professional. Examined the issue and we discussed the possible fixes. He began with the least invasive/expensive fix. When that didnâ t completely work, he explained the slight expense for the next level, and was able to complete the work. We discussed the eventual more-invasive repair of my 1956 bathroom plumbing at a later date. And he had the time to add on assessing/resolving a booster pump issue and snaking the shower drain. Very happy with this experience and would utilize this company again!

I got several quotes from other companies, Expert Plumbing,(Levon) was the least expensive, however they also had great reviews so I went with them and wasn't sorry one bit! Levon is the best plumber I've ever hired by far, (I've been a home owner for over 40 years). He installed a new sewer pipe, replaced all the plants, cleaned everything up afterwards and threw in extra milling to the existing pipes at no extra charge. I then hired him to come back and repair a leaking pipe in the back yard which he did dropping my water bill significantly. Others had tried and failed to find the leak, he found it and had it fixed in short time. I then hired him to replace the pipes on one side of my house that were over 60 years old that constantly backed up. He went under the house took pictures and explained all the problems which no other plumber ever did in all the years I've lived here. When he pulled out the pipes I was shocked at how corroded, cracked and plugged up they were! I don't know how anything was still working with the shape they were in. I totally trust this man and his crew as well as his prices. You will not find a better plumbing company, and he will always be my go to plumber from here on out.

Showed up on time, assessed the problem immediately, gave me options, I selected one, and he did the job.

They didn't know what they where doing and more worried about getting the money more than resolving the issue.

Call before arrival. Completed job. Gave information on other plumbing problems and took care of one of them. Extremely nice. Very friendly. Will use service again if plumbing problems occur.
