It is our mission to provide our clients with on-time performance, quality work. From a simple replacement of a few shingles to a complete re-build after a tornado - our services include most all aspects of interior and exterior construction. We specialize in assisting clients with disaster recovery and will work closely with you and your insurance carrier to restore your property. Our team consists of diverse individuals with expertise in many trades. Some of our crew members have been working with us for many years and they are heavily experienced with the multi-faceted needs our company provides for its clients. The customer service is incredible. They keep you updated, they advocate for you and they follow through like no other company I have ever dealt with. Chris, Cory and Katherine are absolutely wonderful. Most of my time was working with Chris, who provided constant updates and anticipated questions, provided information and pictures to help me know what was going on. Our situation involved dealing with the insurance company, which requires patience on both sides. Chris and Expert Restoration know how to work with insurance companies to achieve the fair, best results. If anyone is considering a project with Expert Restoration, know that you will be with a company that truly cares about you and your home.

Communication once the contract was signed was very poor so I marked them down on customer service. However, once they arrived to do the work, it was a great job. The new shingles almost perfectly match singles that are over 15 years old. They did an excellent job of a weaving the valleys to stop the leaks that I was getting. Quality work.

We signed a contract one week ago and paid the deposit which has cleared the bank. No communications since. Still waiting for a schedule , Joseph Maiolo

We do our best to have the office in touch at least once per week and the more frequent contact from the onsite crews. Since this post, I believe we have corrected the issue when we spoke last week and have since sent a confirmation email outlining next steps. As a locally owned and operated business, we value the feedback from each and every one of our homeowners and we work to exceed expectations every day. Along with the multiple points of contact at the office we also keep someone staffed 24/7 to answer calls night or day. They didn't do it right the first two times they were here I'm still waiting on it to be done right

I had siding repair work done. They were timely and professional. Shane W. was great to work with explaining what to expect from start to finish. Shane the installer and his assistant Steve did an amazing job. I was so pleased. These three guys have a wonderful work ethic and it shows. If I ever need this type of work done I won't hesitate to give them a call.

They are exactly what their name says, they are experts at restoring your room back to the way it should be. I tried someone else first and they made a complete shambles of my dining room. It now looks fantastic. Corey did the work and I am already lining up more projects for him. Katherine coordinates it all and she is fantastic. Shane Woodward is the one who helped me figure out what needed to be done. These 3 individuals are the company in my opinion. They are professional and experts in their field. They made me feel like I was their most valuable customer.
