Never saw a chimney sweep in action. Pulled out washer and dryer, cleaned out vent to roof, went up and inspected that. Removed gas logs and cleaned them, swept and inspected chimney in and out. Nice folks. Showed up on time and careful in the house. 5 Stars. Josh at Expert Services an LLC. Nice website too. Cost was $425.00 which I thought was reasonable for the work they did. Also gave me some estimates on some French drains and replacing a chimney cap (poorly sealed).

Has already cracked in numerous spots . Talked a good game but was a total waste of time and our money !

When I saw that a couple things were being done differently than I expected they met with me to discuss and modified the plan to meet my requests without complaint or extra charge.

They came when and did a great job on time. My neighbor like them and hired them to do his dtiveway.

Project was replacement of a short 2-car-wide driveway and a little sidewalk along side of the house. Rating less than 5 star because they ran short of cement off the truck for the sidewalk and had to finish w/Quikrete. Didn't affect the driveway; and it is noteworthy that the unexpected shortage was handled at no additional charge and did not prevent them from finishing in one day. My only complaint is that with the additional work required (and afternoon temperature 90+), there was some minor cleanup left for me. Otherwise, everybody showed as scheduled, finished in one day and the new driveway looks good, much better than the uneven jigsaw puzzle interspersed with weeds that it replaced! Would recommend, unless you want re=bar (reinforcing rods).

This company bailed me out of a terrible situation. A renter moved in the night and left an entire truckload of junk and debris all over the front yard. They cleaned this up the same day I called them. Great Job.
