Most of the cost is usually in the part's (e.g. new pump). Ron always comes thru, even if your spa is in danger of freezing up in sub-zero weather.

Ron came when he said he would. Although he couldn't repair my spa when he was there, he made a great suggestion that he said would probably work. I used the Fix A Leak as he suggested and it did the trick! And because he said he couldn't repair it, he only charged me 1/2 of his normal service call! Great service. Very professional

I hired them to repair my hot tub. They came out to repair, stated he had to order parts. When he did it 4 months later. Then he broke a jet and said he would be back tomorrow to finish the job and repair what he broke. never herd from him again. that was 6 months ago. i since hired someone else to fix the multiple jets he broke not just one. I would not use this company again or refer them. I ended up paying double since he did more damage to the tub and never came back to fix it.
