Could have done better job covering my new carpet and other floors

Installers very professional. no pushy sales pitches like some other companies.

Took a while to get the door in (months) but overall satisfied.

Windows were installed on time with excellent workmanship.

Had a problem with keyless lock, they kept adjusting it until it was perfect Door is beautiful

I hired them to do replacement windows, siding and doors., and couldnâ  t be happier with the work and the compliments I get from strangers about how good everything looks. They are honest, and take great pride in doing an excellent job. No high pressure sales. Only window replacement company that mentioned upfront that.replacement windows have at least an inch less of window on all sides than replacement windows (so we went for siding replacement to be able to use new construction windows). Found Joel and his company on Home Advisor- came out and did an inspection and quote. Was very down to earth and helped us stick within our budget. The first quote was for the doors- replaced our front door with storm door, back door and porch door. We did plan on getting our porch windows redone and weâ re looking at different companies to do that. Joel said he would be able to do the porch windows as well and came back for another quote. Our porch is an extension on the house and sagging in areas and the openings werenâ t level- said his crew could level the opening for us and put new windows in (we only had the storm windows that were metal and would rattle). We agreed to get the doors done and the porch windows. Due to covid things took a bit longer to get but we werenâ t in a huge rush. Did all projects at once- and had some hiccups- none that were the companies fault (broken glass during transit and doors had some blemishes). Glass was already ordered before they installed it. Pictures were taken of the door and sent to the manufacturer to get replacements. Overall Joel and his company were very easy to work with- call or text. Licensed and insured so it made this process very easy and stress free. Will be calling him back to replace some more windows in the house. After discussing our replacement windows that we needed, Joel knew what would fit our needs. The large window for our living room has the crank outs on each side and the best part is they crank out and open straight out so you can clean them easily from the inside. They are triple pane so they will be energy efficient in the summer and winter. The installers were very professional. Friendly, respectful and they cleaned everything up after the job. It looks great! The other window is a normal double hung which was leaking before it was replaced and that also looks wonderful. We are very happy with our whole experience from Expert Window and Door. Very satisfied.
