They took my $600 deposit 3 months ago and never called or returned my calls. Updated to say they did an excellent job, I had trouble getting in touch with them but they did an excellent job.

The work was very good and Dorjan was extremely trustworthy

Honest and knowledgeable personnel. Business owner with extensive experience. Simplicity is the key on their job. No technicalities, pragmatics and respectful on everything they do.

To start with the most important, the patio we asked them to build looks great. Very meticulously constructed, with a lot of patience, but pace. The quality of the work is how we envisoned it to be. Dorjan was also very responsive and always available when needed. His brother laid the pavers and his uncle the the heavy lifting. One issue we had is that there was a miscalculation on their end, where the paver delivery truck was not able to deliver the pavers in the backyard, due to the width of the driveway. The truck came before they finished the digging and dumping the concrete sand. Because of that, Expert first asked to put the pavers in the front yard on top of our grass and plants, which I refused. The truck driver then said he would have to take the stones back or place them at the beginning of the driveway, which would block in the truck with the dirt. Due to the pressure of potentially having to wait a while for a new delivery, I agreed to their proposal to have them drive their truck with 4 Cube concrete sand on our lawn and dump the sand early. They then placed the pavers a little further up the driveway, which allowed us to park our two cars. After seeing the damage to our lawn, we regret agreeing to it. Our already fragile lawn has large truck tire tracks that we will have to fix. Something we asked Expert to help with after the fact, but even though Dorjan said he would help, we have not heard back yet. I still give him 4 stars, because of the quality of the work, but we should have been more stern and stuck with our ground rules and not agree to some parts. That might have increased the price, who knows, but at least we would not have damaged property. Really nice guys also, so this feels more like an unfortunate event than anything else.

Dorjan and his crew were fantastic! They were professional, hardworking, and punctual. I’m not the easiest to please and can be quite demanding, but Dorjan was very understanding and accommodated all my requests. I would highly recommend Expert & Quality Construction! In fact, after our patio came out perfectly, we had them return for a few other jobs. They got them done so quickly!

Dorjan and his crew were awesome. Very easy to work with and very agreeable to the many changes/revisions that I had. The project was done when they said it would be. They left NO mess at all. We LOVE the e new patio! and will most certainly use them again.

Dorjan was professional and polite. They kept the area clean and I'm very happy with the final outcome.

Dorjan was AWESOME, explained the work he would do, the materials he would be using and when the job would be completed. Followed through on it all. The gentlemen did a great job and there was absolutely no mess left behind. I got a couple of quotes his was the best ot included the best with material and clean up. Will definitely use them again

Dorjan and his team were amazing. The project was completed in the time that they quoted and they often times showed up earlier and worked later than expected. They cleaned daily and hauled away all debris once completed. I wish I had more work for them to do! I would gladly recommend them time and time again. My patio pavers are gorgeous! Professional, prompt and friendly!

The company responded to our request the eve next day and paved our front entrance within 2 days. We are very thankful for their qualify work. I highly recommend this company.

Dorjan and his crew did a very professional job replacing my crumbling front steps and expanding the walkway. The end result looks beautiful and is very sturdy. Dorjan went out of his way to remove and replace the iron railing on the steps, even though initially he wasn't sure it would be able to be able to fit into the new construction. He also replaced the top layer of bricks and the crown at the top of my chimney, solving a problem that was a potential health hazard. Dorjan was consistently responsive to all my questions and concerns, even coming back after the job was finished to help my with a newly-arisen issue. His customer service and friendly, helpful attitude is above and beyond the norm.

I could not be happier with the work completed by Dorjan and his entire team. He was not the cheapest of the six quotes we secured but there was something about him that came across honest and professional so we chose to go with him and quickly learned you get what you pay for. He communicates throughout the project, listened to our needs, and didn’t rush our 350 questions. His team was here and it looked very much as it should, a construction zone. Magically when they finished we couldn’t even tell they were here. The cleaned up literally everything and even washed our driveway, our walkways and seriously even our grass. We were so impressed by their work and professionalism that we hired them on the spot to do fix some pavers our previous contracted installed poorly. The second project were a replacement of our gutters. Hands down the best contractor we have dealt with in years. I spoke with him this evening and have asked that he notify us he he expands his business into other areas. We are a customer for life. Why do I go on and on and on, because it is seldom you find someone as strong as these guys. Hire them and don’t look back.

I really like the patient and job explanation from Dorjan. He explained to us everything clear and detail by detail exactly how the job was done.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

We were very satisfied with the quality of their work and professionalism. They repaired our front walk (bluestone and joints), built some concrete pads, and did some drainage work. Dorjan was friendly, honest and good to work with.

Dorjan listened to what I needed done (tear down a deck with a hot tub, build a patio, repair foundation and create a place to plant a perennial garden) and he gave me a very fair price. I like how it s a family business, the pride he takes in his work and the quality of the product. They finished today and I ve never seen such hard working people, they were incredibly impressive. My patio is gorgeous!! Highly recommended.
