Landscape - Minor Grading or Resloping
This guy will cheat you. I was supposed to get Centipede grass sod, I got something from a pasture full of weeds. No two pieces are even the same height. Trying to run a mower on this stuff is like "driving on the Burma road". I have a guarantee in writing, but now he will not answer his phone after promising to come here, & look at this mess. Beware!!!

Textpert's was given a large sum of money as a down payment to start work. They then abandoned the job, kept the money and forced the contractor and the owner to file a criminal complaint against Textperts in the state of Florida. We would caution anybody in dealing with this contractor involving work and money.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
Mario was great! His team came in and trouble shot the problem, found the missing solanoids! The team worked hard! However, I would recommend to Mario that if an issue arises with tenants, that you communicate the problem to the owner. If this is not done, then it appears that you are avoiding going back and finishing the job. Once the issue was brought out into the open, the work was finished completely in an efficient manner. I'm pleased with his and his team's work!

Sod Installation
Mario and his team did a beautiful job and worked hard to complete it in the time we had available. It was a large project including irrigation, sod install and crushed gravel. Mario kept us informed throughout and answered any concerns or questions quickly. He looked after every detail and is still following up to be sure everything continues to go well. Recommend with no reservation.

Underestimated sod amount. Used inferior sod on the last part of the project.

"We replace your sod that you requested, but we cannot make it good when your irrigation system does not work properly and does not cover the entire yard, you will always have problems with it. Fix your irrigation system and that would solve your issues. Our sod was fresh but lack of water it will turn it yellow. Thanks,Mario"

I hired Mario, he did a great job at first, he started the job and we gave him a down payment to start the work, they tore out the concrete, the grass and laid the sod, we were promised they would finish the job yesterday and did not show, the last time I saw Mario he wanted final payment and I said not until the job is done

I picked out an expensive block from a catalog and it was changed without telling me, it just showed up. Very poor communication, no show on some days, no calls. In the end, the project turned out great but only because I made them redo one wall where they obviously ran out of the proper material, using half blocks and filling the gaps with soil. It looked suspicious so I hosed it out and made them rebuild it. Nice job in the end, but the process was painful.

"Sorry to hear that from you, about your block that was ordered, it was Sandun and had to be changed because of size purposes and gave you a more expensive one castle manner with castle manner tops and did not raised prices on you and the wall you wanted to be done, it was because you wanted them the other way, not how we install them, because the same blocks were installed, just the face, you wanted to look at and we did it with asking a question of why we had to do it like that, you are the costumer and we do as you please and we did not show up for weather reasons. Could have helped if you mentioned that because without materials no one can"

This was a company that were very courteous and prompt. They were excellent doing their job and hard workers. Other companies had promised to do the job but never showed up and would never answer the phone or return phone calls. They came through with flying colors. I only gave a 4 on value because everyone in the area are higher priced due to the area I live in. I am sure everyone else would be that costly if they had done the job so it had nothing to do with this company only the profession in this area. They were great to me and I am thankful for them so they were worth the money.
