I gave a deposit for materials. I ended up having to go pick them up. He has money of mine, I did the job myself.

It took a little longer than expected to install the flooring.

Robert came out right away to secure the job. He also came right out to collect half of the project cost. After that it was over a month before the carpet was installed and the carpet was not cut or picked up from the carpet store until the day of installation. The carpet was laid out in the road and a car actually got tired of waiting and ran over my new carpet. The person that came with Robert was nice but I think he may have been from Home Depot parking lot. They didn't seem to know each other and Robert was very rood to the man. We called Robert many times and he said he would get right back to us but did not and he kept using the my phone was dead or I didn't have service as an excuse. I know this because while he was at my place in Seattle, he told someone that called that he was at a job and wasn't getting service so he would have to call them back. The other call he got seemed to come in fine. There was also a lot of noise and frustration coming from Robert while he was working. Like it was painful. Next time I will go directly to a carpet store and let them take care of the installation.

My experience was wonderful. Robert provided excellent advise and execution of said project. Reliable, respectful and based on the competitive price, I couldn't be more happy.

did bathroom floor,let helper do most of it and admitted to me that helper didn't do vinyl. Robert spent most of time outside talking on the phone.I was not happy with them comming when they said they would. would I have them again.No would I recomend him? No

Very friendly, flexible with schedule, did a beautiful job installing new carpet in one of my bedrooms. Will hire again and will recommend.

Scheduled a week in advance for Fri. At 9 a.m. I had to call him to find out why he wasn't here on that date. He said his truck broke down and wanted to come on Saturday at 9:30 and offered a discount for the inconvenience and assured me this was not how he normally did business. Fine. Next day, did not show up but sent someone else who came at 11 and did a good job. He said he tried to call, but when I checked that number there were no calls made to it.

Robert did a good job with the repairs, however he set my wood sliding closet doors on my freshly painted walls and caused a small hole in the wall.

They did a great job, the carpet looks great and they were very friendly/ good to work with. My only complaint was that they were late getting started, mainly due to their supplier (which I relate to being a business owner as well) but still reflects on the company..,. That said, they picked up the pace and still did finish on time. We will call them for our next home that we're moving into as their price was very fair.

Will work with you. Workmanship to journeyman standards. We were in a bad situation with.moving company to deliver furniture on Wednesday they installed with three day notice.

I have used them for over 20 years. We have rentals so they have worked on them and our own home. They were here when they said they would, they were polite and very reasonable.
