The workers did excellent removing tub and tiles then I installing a shower. They wiped down everything including floor when complete . My wife and I are happy with the product , service and installation.

It was a little confusing at first but when the install crew arrived there was a big sigh of relief. They were professional knowledgeable and obviously dedicated to their work and to the customer. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and absolutely great to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done in their home.

From the moment the demo crew arrived, they were polite, professional and on time. They immediately explained who was in charge and started laying down protective rugs, mats and dust barriers. As soon as the demo crew was finished the install crew arrived and explained what all they would be doing and who was in charge of the install team. The entire team worked continuously to ensure the project would be finished on time. The crew was friendly, and answered all the many questions I had for them. Definitely a top notch crew. We just had our guest bath tub replaced with a beautiful new shower by Ricardo and Joshua, two outstanding professional installers. They asked all the right questions about things we hadn?t even thought about on the fine touches. I love workers that clean as they go keeping a tidy workspace. We were amazed that they were able to demo and complete it all in 7 hours. We love Expo Home.

I?m upset with them because they didn?t allow me to totally look the shower over and use it before my review. They went over the warranty and cleaning instructions and then went to my kitchen table and I was asked to do the review in front of them. There were issues I had with it before he left and nothing was done, I had to call and report it the next day. I was also disappointed with quality and clean up afterwards. It took at least 3hrs after they left and half the next day to clean what they didn?t cover up which was wash bedding and curtains and clean and dust all furniture and vacuum to get it clean. Now there are other issues which they?re going to have to go through the closet wall and remove some valves as well as one of the walls wasn?t glued properly so now they will have to remove that wall and redo it. The money that it cost to replace the tub to shower you would think they would do a better job.

Fast and pro work

Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. I would highly recommend Expo Home for your next tub to walk in shower conversion. Thanks to everyone at Expo Home team and satisfied to be member of their family.

Yes was done in one day. The gentlemen who installed bath to walk in shower were professional along with the plumber. I will be using again when we do our master bathroom.

George and Juan arrived at our home on December 12, 2024 to replace our master bath tub with a walk in tub. They worked non-stop for 10 hours to complete a beautiful job after some challenges getting it through the doorway into the bathroom and left our home clean and tidy. We are very happy. Jorge and Juan hit the ground running. They arrived removed the old shower tub combo and installed my beautiful new shower. It looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Everyone from Expo was very pleasant to talk to and deal with. The quality fo materials were top notch and the work was professional. The job was done in a day, however there were a few minor problems. These minor problems were quickly and pleasantly taken care of and we are thrilled and 100% satisfied with the end result. I don't give high praise like this often, so believe me, Expo does great work!

Letâ s see, disappointed, aggravated, frustrated, and so many negative feelings. The install was great, product adequate, but the sales rep must not have listened to my needs, I didnâ t double check size, and resolution is not a resolution.The size was too small. Family is 6â 1, 6â 6â , weight up to 370 lbs. in other words, biggies. Rep ordered 30â shower pan. When install was being done, I told them it had to be incorrect and they checked, verified size was correct. My gut said â stopâ but practical side said, maybe itâ s different when completed. Wrong. Installer said only way to correct was to remove ALL and do another install. Called sales rep and her response was â I wonâ t leave you high and dry. Weâ ll need to send someone to remeasure.â Never happened. I could go on but their resolution is I PURCHASE a new shower. If I do redo my shower, my money, it wonâ t be thru them. Learn from my mistake and truly beware!!

The other Jack/Jill bathroom required tub removal and converting to full walk-in shower. Both required installation of a Teak pull down chair and adjustments on shower head height. Initial planning visit went well and was handled professionally, Thanks Clayton. Pricing was straight forward, we knew the expense expected, that was helpful and comforting. Materials were ordered and within expected time and the Master Bath was completed on time. Details of our installers was awesome. Jack/Jill bathroom was a challenge that was expected given the scope of work. Pan that was ordered was the wrong size when delivered, felt bad for the installers that traveled all the way here and could not install. Fortunately we did not start demo knowing that we were going to have to wait for the reorder. Many calls were taking place at this time and there were some other issues, at the end of the day the team at Home Expo made it right. We love both bathrooms. Eddie and Ben did a great job today for my parents (Dallas area). They arrived super early, replaced a broken glass door in less than an hour, in 90+ degree heat, and were perfect gentlemen. This is a great company and a great product -- I highly recommend.

Ramiro, Damion & Jose did a great job on my tub to shower conversion! Took time to answer questions and provide information. Everything was neat and clean and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Very professional installation and it looks great!

So great to work with

I set an appointment and salesman came out and we talked about the price of the shower transformation and the quote was $4,000 more than I had. So we financed that amount against my better judgement. I told salesman that I had another appointment with another company and he told me that if he left then he couldn't guarantied this price that it would be higher. After talking further we went with this company. On March 1, 2024 the installers arrived a little early which was good he introduced himself as DaMontae his helper as John they got right to work and would show me the progress when I asked. Then plumber Kendrick showed up and worked on it. I was very pleased with their work and the professional job and the customer service they provided. Two days after completion of the job I called and left a message for them to call me about a piece they left off that was on the paperwork. They never returned my call about the missing piece. They also never called me to check on the completion of project as they told me they would. The installing crew was wonderful and did a good job. But the administration crew didn't fulfill their part of this very expensive job.
