The guys came out and laid down canvas sheeting where they were going to be, took the old garden tub out and installed a beautiful walk in shower. They explained the new workings on the new shower valve and handheld. Very professional.

The process from start to finish was quick for me. The turn around was about 3 weeks. The project team was timely and professional and made sure I was updated on any timeline changes. Eric, Diego, and Robert did an excellent job and executed exactly what was quoted. They made sure to use tarps and mats that left no mess from their work and debris was taken from the site. I am very happy with their work.

From the initial quote, to the very end, and every moment in between was a really wonderful experience. Each member really cared and was beyond professional. Cannot say enough great things about this company. When they say "only one day" they are not kidding. Luis arrived at 8:00am and they walked out at 3:15pm. They were quiet, efficient and made no mess and left no mess. Voila! New walk-in shower!

The young man that came to take our order and measurements was well trained and convinced us to contract (and pay) for more than our original intentions but the results are terrific. The installers, Matt and Bryce, were great! They worked really hard, were polite and professional and were careful about keeping the work area clean. We really think they did a good job!

Bath Expo's team were prompt and professional, and they performed their work in an expert and timely manner. Having a stall shower and garden tub in the master bath removed and replaced by an expansive walk in shower took only a couple of days. While they did finishing touches on that, other team members removed a standard tub from the guest bath and replaced it with a walk in shower that precisely filled that space, giving us a much more comfortable and easily used shower there. The master bath required custom glass for the door and enclosure, and their glass contractor had to come back once to adjust some of the trim and touch up the sealant on the bottom of the glass, but Bath Expo's manager Roger handled all of the coordination for that. We are thrilled with the design and the work. We highly recommend Bath Expo for this sort of work.
