At Express Appliance Service, are truly different then the rest. We are a small family owned company that is honest with you. Your not going to have a random technician show up to the house to fix your appliance. You will have a trusted technician to come fix your appliances, and we have our vans fully stocked with common parts to try to fix it right the first time. We also fully warranty our repairs for 2 years to make sure the job is done right.

It is been over a week, washer machine needs parts and I am still waiting for them. Express or turtle appliance service? They should have parts available, or better way to get parts within 1-2 not a week. Also customer service is NOT AVAILABLE on weekends! Not many PPL can take days off during the week.

Very bad service. Takes forever to come. They are working on the fridge for the last 2 and a half months and still could not solve the problem. They never give up saying they cannot solve and neither they solve the problem. There is no one to talk in the company other than scheduler and schedule is always 10 days later. Very bad customer service. IT is very generous of me to give 1 rating.

We bought our home in late July of 2018, and Express Appliance Service was assigned by a warranty company to fix the dishwasher well before our closing date. The person we bought the house from said they came twice without being able to fix it because they needed parts and had ordered the wrong parts a few times. They were scheduled to repair the dishwasher soon after we moved into the house in August. When the rep came, he also could not fix the dishwasher, AND he damaged our countertops in his attempts to move the dishwasher. Then he left the house without telling us about the damage he did. When we realized what he had done, we called Express Appliance and they sent another rep who attempted a final repair and document the damaged countertops. This rep concluded that the dishwasher could not be fixed. He also took pictures of the damaged countertops and reported it back to the company. Since then we have had NO response to the damaged countertops. We have called many times between August and December of 2018, and each time have been told that the owner (they said his name is Rich) will call us and that the information has been given to their insurance. We still have NEVER received a call from Rich, nor any updates on the status, nor any next-step instructions, despite our asking. This is a con-artist company and if we could give negatives stars we would, due to their dismissive treatment and ignoring us after they damaged our property.

Express Appliance Repair is a contractor used by another company assigned to work on 2 appliance repairs at our home -- an electric dryer and a dishwasher. After multiple visits for the same dryer repair incident the technician admitted he could neither diagnose nor fix the problem and we ended up buying a new dryer. The dishwasher operates after the 2 repair visit but the technician damaged the kitchen counter and Express Appliance has not accepted responsibility for the damage even though the technician submitted pictures to his office and acknowledged that the damage was done while reinstalling the dishwasher. All-in-all their service has been very disappointing and I recommend that people avoid having the same experience.

Hired from Home Advisors. Express Appliance Service is no Longer on Home Advisors. I had them removed due to their non-responsiveness. Came out to home and charged $55 Diagnosis Fee. Said $55 would go towards repair. They were to call me that night or next day with repair cost. No call. Tried calling them and emailing them several times. Filed a complaint with Home Advisors. Express Appliance never contacted Home Advisors to resolve issue. Home Advisors removed them from their Vendors. If there was a zero star rating I would have given that to them.

The part I needed was in Stock but I had to call to make an appt not them informing me part came in. I got better prices but I was committed to them unfortunately. I would not recommend
