My Husband and I was very please with the customer service of Home Advisor. The lady at customer service was very nice and polite. We are also please with Walter from Express Appliance Service. He came to our house; first to diagnosed and then to fixed our 31 years old refrigitor. He was polite, honest and very knowledgeable. Overall my husband and I are very please we are happy. Highly recommend.

My dryer stopped working on a Saturday morning. I found Express Appliance Service through Angie's List. Walter came out very quickly, found and fixed the problem in about 30 min. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this company.

Came out the same day I called,was on time,had the parts to fix the problem,replaced the ice maker and was very professional.Only down side was a $159 labor charge for less than an hours work.

Walter was my technician & he did a great job & had parts needed in his truck so only one service call necessary on stackable washer dryer combination. He fixed dryer in quick professional way. The guy coped an obnoxious attitude and was rushing and broke a door switch. Worked for 30-35 minutes, and charged me $200.00 ($400/hr). IF I COULD GIVE HIM ZERO STARS, I WOULD.

"If you call us out for a service call, please do not uninstall an appliance and take it out to your garage, take apart controls, or uninstall any parts, so we can properly test it. The $200 bill included $43 worth of parts. Our minimum labor charge for a warrantied repair of a dryer is $159.00, plus parts. Customer was advised and agreed to our pricing at the time they made an appointment, and during the service call. Broken door switch was replaced right there and then at no extra cost to customer."
