Arrived on time, communicated several times to let me know their exact arrival time. Finished quickly, cleaned up, and did extra work that I requested upon their arrival.

I am still working with this company. So far they have been excellent. They came over and removed carpet, which I wanted done before painting. I have been struggling to get a painter, so they have called me weekly to check in. I also needed to buy a small piece to re-carpet the stairs, and when they had a suitable size and color, they let me know. We worked out a deal on the price. They saved me a lot of shopping time. I never had to leave my house. The new carpet hasn't been installed yet, but their work ethic so far has been tops!

Becky and her crew was awesome. She was prompt or communicative when running behind. She gave us a great price with tons of options.

Poor communication, I told Becky that I needed carpet installed for a room above my garage , that included 9 stairs.I waited all day for the installers, I wasn't given a time frame. They said I didn't tell them that I had stairs and they were going to charge me 150.00 more. I said how do you think you get to the room. They honored the estimate that was given to me but, they weren't happy about it. I'm happy with how the carpet was installed in the room, but not happy with the stairs.

Express Carpet was super easy to work with. Becky used my preferred way to communicate, which is via text message and occasionally phone calls. Timely follow up and status updates. No aggressive pressure and sales techniques. Very pleasant to deal with. I never had a time when I couldn't get a hold of them. They offered a free estimate at the time that worked for me. They measured the area twice to ensure accuracy. Compared to the other contractor, their measurements were actually accurate and not overestimated by 40 sq yard = 360 sq ft!!! Express Carpet Installation is indeed express!! It was really really fast process from the moment I told them I wanted to hire them to the installation day and installation itself - about 6 hours for 1150 sq ft = 3 bedrooms, stairs, living and dining room, hallway, closets and removal of old carpet. Pricing is very competitive especially when you compare with Empire floors and other huge retailers and once we agreed on the price, and I purchased the carpet, all I did was text them where to pick it up, let them in the house do the work and paid when they finished. They did the rest. I am really happy, my carpet looks nice. I grabbed their business card and will definitely use them again for my other properties. and will highly recommended them for your carpet installation needs. Not sure what other floor work they do. Thanks guys!
