Fan was installed on a screened porch. I had to remove ceiling panels myself in order for them to install. Would have been nice if they would have taken care of that. Besides that, work and customer service was great.

very polite-would recommend to someone else- Just one concern when you pay cash they give you an original od rhw invoice- no copy for them to prove you paid and they just write paid in cash at the bottom- no signature of person doing the work- That is a big concern

I am happy that Express was able to do this work quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price compared to other svc providers such as Home Depot. Once I had a power source properly located I was able to easily plumb my p0int of use water heater myself. Thanks guys.

1/6/11: Mr. Wagner was prompt, courteous, efficient, and just a very nice guy. And even though my outlet/receptor problem was due to user error, he spent the time inspecting all our outlets to prepare us for a pre-marketing home inspection and reinstalled batteries in all our smoke alarms. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Bob Wagner just left a few minutes ago. He installed 2 outlets in the attic; one is just for my new security cameras. The other one is near the middle area and much more useful for the future. Everything works great. He was on time and very professional. It's obvious he has the experience and knowledge and works quickly. I thought his price for the job was low.
