I hired Express to replace a breaker box and diagnose several outlets that weren t working in a fixer upper we recently purchased. They were friendly, honest, and did quality work. Matt the installer also explained all work in detail and knowing we just bought the home, extended the offer to call for advise or if we had questions. I would 100% recommend this company to any family or friends. Extremely satisfied with the entire transaction from the initial phone call to the payment.

Jody was great on the communication side and Matt was excellent in his professionalism, work, and customer service. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

On January 21st, I paid Express Electrical Services $125.00 to remove an outdoor spotlight above the garage and install a new one. It took Matt about 20 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. The replacement spot was a 'dusk to dawn' spotlight. He said he had it set for 'dusk to dawn' but the light never went out during the day and stays on 24/7. We watched the light and Matt kept saying it 'would go off in a couple minutes'. He got it to go off, but when he left, it came back on and stayed on. I called Monday, January 28th, and was assured they would send someone out to set it properly. We've had no inclement weather; it has been sunny all week. This is the 31st, and NO ONE has called to set an appointment to come back out. If you use this company, make sure the project is done correctly before they leave because you may not get them to return to make it right.

Matt showed up a few minutes early. Took the ceiling fan down and installed the new chandelier without even needing to review the instructions. He helped me with a few quick adjustments in getting the room put back together and took the packing to my storage unit on his way out. He was in and out in a little over an hour. I am extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend them if you want a quality job. Worth every penny. Thank you Matt!

We had a mystery outage in our home. Our technician, Matt, was able to figure it out, fix it and get our lights back on - all very quickly and for a very reasonable price. We will use Express Electrical Services for any future electrical issues, installs, etc.

My experience with Moncrief Electrical Services was wonderful. The individual who completed my recess lighting and under cabinet lighting in my kitchen was Jody. He did a wonderful job and help me design the layout that would best showcase my countertops as well as give off enough light in all areas of the kitchen.

He is very professional and always punctual and does an awesome job. He has done four or five different things for us and has always done great work.
