They are awesome they really look out for the customers I canâ t even express enough

Flooring installed end of Jan 2023. By August the boards were already coming apart. I contacted Express Flooring to come out and assess the issues. Their inspector said the whole house needed to be redone. I never heard back so I reached out in Oct. I’ve gone to the Better Business Bureau and the finance company that they had us use to try to get assistance. They finally said they would and redo the floors as their inspector stated was necessary in Sept. 12/11/23, two groups of men showed up and made a huge mess, damaged paint/baseboards, got into a screaming match about who was going to pay for the job then left without doing the work. They won’t return calls or emails, and the job isn’t even started yet we are left with a $19,000 bill for shoddy work that nobody is willing to stand behind. Express Flooring mgmt. needs to read Extreme Ownership. Not sure how these folks are still in business given the number of complaints they have for the same issues on the BBB website.

If you have issues after install. PAUL isnt going to do a damn thing for you. Ive called customer servie 3 times to get someone out to repair my flooring. The transitions are coming up and they dont care.

Flooring â doneâ but they you failed to send someone out to tack down the carpets. Calls not being returned by the install manager, Paul, or install coordinator, Mirabelle. Kathy stepped in after apparently returning from vacation and sent someone out BUT the installers didnâ t leave enough carpet to tack down. We were talked into doing a transition piece so now a floor installer had to come back out. Apparently, his car broke down so he didnâ t make it and someone else was sent out late BUT the moulding was the wrong color! This would be funny if it werenâ t so sad and frustrating! I just want to be done with this and will never refer this company to anyone or do business with them again! Such a bad experience! â ¹ï¸ ð ð

Very satisfied

The installation was a nightmare. The installer was 3rd party and shared he was a subcontractor as the original contractor could not do the job and asked him for a favor. Red Flag. This person during the installation was very negative about Express and scared the daylights out of us because he made it feel like the demo work he needed to do would cause my estimate to inflate dramatically. There were some cracks in the foundation, which had been patched in a previous remodel. They were not bad and did not need any grinding or extra work. The installer made it seem like we are going to have lots of extra charges for this too. When Demoing another room the chipset used was pretty heavy on one side, he made it out to be this horrible job and were gonna be charged for this removal. The installer did not have the proper tools to address this and had to push the demo out another day. The cracks resealed, again no major work, took the guy a total of 1 hour for each room to fill. Thankfully this was not added to our bill as there were no major repairs. The next issue with this installer was the lack of sealing up vents and rooms. They used a thin plastic sheet and painters tape in erratic spots to hold up the plastic. This left gaps into which the dust was able to penetrate, our vents were not covered and dust was through out the home. While I understand there would be some dust during the demo, the sheer lack of sealing off vents and rooms left our home a nightmare to clean. The only thing covered well was my Television. All the other fixtures were loosely covered. Their cleanup was to take a dirty rag and move the dust on the floor. They did some vacuuming but not enough to address the dust. We ended up spending hours a full day to Free our home of dust. Express did have a QA guy come out to check after I raised my concerns. Again 3rd party took some photos and left. I Do not know if that caused the Installer to change his tune but it was too late. Unfortunately, the damage was done, I had no faith in the company, the installer, the process, etc. I could not stop the project and demanded a refund. I was bent over and put in an uncomfortable situation. The Installer ruined our experience and I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Bottom Line, Rushed and pressured sales, horrible contractor/installer. The price I paid this company does not justify the experience even though the flooring looks good. The customer gets a negative experience and the company gets paid. Be mindful when considering this organization.

Very impressed by the entire process. Our carpet is beautiful, soft, and comfortable. The design expert helped us with picking out the color and even suggested it because of its tones. It matches perfectly and opens up the space so much. The installers were quick and did a wonderful job. They even helped us move furniture around. Overall, great company and great service!
