We had two different teams come out to lay the engineered wood flooring. Both teams did a good job except they laid different transitional strips between the newly installed wood floors and the existing tile. We wanted it to be the same. It took four times and numerous phone calls to get two stripes replaced. I had to take time off from work all four times. The first time no one showed up. The second time, they didn't bring enough supplies even after I sent them pics. The third time - no shows. Finally, the fourth time, I got a three foot strip replaced. I called several times to talk to a manager, left messages - no calls back. Horrible follow through. Horrible customer service on the back end if something isn't right. If you decide to use this company, make sure the job is perfect the first time or else you will have problems trying to get them to come back.

Could not have had a worst time getting what I paid for. Choose any other company to help you with your floors.
