The guys they sent out did not use leveling clips so the grout line was not right. Tile was unlevel we had to tear out the tile and do the job ourselves. They are high dollar

His team were absolute professionals. Each day they cleaned up to where you could only tell that they had been there by the incredibly fast progress they made each day. 100% will recommend and will use again whenever needed!

Victor and Jose did an outstanding job. We are extremely happy with their work and communication through the duration of the job. They were timely, cleaned up materials at the end of each day, and replaced furniture and appliances back exactly where we wanted them at the end of the job.

Express flooring started installing laminate flooring in my home on September 2nd. It has been a nightmare for me. They took off the baseboards and left all the nails in sticking up, they knew I had pets. What if you have small children ? My brother an Law came over and pulled all the nails out and put them outside where they belong. They also used a cardboard box to cover up a soft spot in my master bedroom in a traffic area. They also installed a new toilet. They put my toilet on a rotten sloped floor. I reported it to project manager Jairon he told me they will be back to fix it correctly. A week later they came back and lifted my new toilet and fixed the floor. They installed my new toilet again and they didn?t replace the seal and my toilet wasn?t flushing correctly. I reported it again. It was backed up with sxxx. I had to dig it out with a puddy knife, and go buy a seal. This company does unprofessional work. They took advantage of me. Horrible workmanship ?

The workmen came tore out. My tile floor was unable to make it smooth enough that it would except vinyl flooring. The company expected the workmen to pay for a float that would?ve been $1000 or more out of my pocket. I paid almost $600 for 18 bags of float, trying to smooth the floor since the company would not Kick in but even after that, the floor was not smooth enough for vinyl. Only then did I look at the flooring that was expected to go down from express flooring. It was not luxury vinyl that I thought I was getting. I stopped the workmen and contacted the flooring company and told them I would not accept the flooring, but it is not what the salesman told me it would be I have yet heard from the company however they have already hit the card with almost $12,000 worth of charge for the whole job even though the flooring is in my garage in a stack and it has not been applied to my house. I?m getting a new company to put the flooring . Express floor has not called me yet.

The crew was very polite and skilled.

Installers showed up on the day they were scheduled. But they did not finish the job. Additional workers came the next day to finish installing the floor. They moved all furniture and re-positioned it where I wanted it. They even installed new toilets at no extra cost to me. I will call them again if I need work on my outside porch.

The installers did a great job and were very helpful. Flooring was a little expensive.

The company is very professional and very responsive. I had to reschedule once and the day came and they showed up in time and focused on completing the job.

The team sent for the installation were very professional and took the time to discuss their progress and when any concerns came up. Great communication.

You get what you pay for.  They were the cheapest used quick installation as a high pressure selling point.  The installation took twice as long as required. I know this, because it was not the first time I had the installation performed with identical flooring. They attempted to schedule a second visit to complete a job that other professionals would have completed in 3 hours.  I am not sure if the final straw was when they broke the toilet plumbing or when they failed to show for the second scheduled appointment.  In the end, I completed the job by manual installation of the molding.  My frustration with the company at that point, left me with little trust in their abilities.  It is a shame too, because I have other flooring work that needs scheduling.  I will definitely be using a different company.
