I hired Eder to repair my garage door in March, he came out and did the work, yesterday my garage door was sagging and I called Eder and he came yesterday looked at the door, told me it would cost me more money and I have a one year warranty, we had some words and Elder left and my garage door still sags, very unprofessional!

"We replaced the springs the first time we came out for a total of $280.00 with a $50 discount we gave him. We pointed out the other problems on his 30-year-old garage door. Damaged panels, bad rollers with the bearings worn out; broken hinges, cables. You said that you could not afford to replace the whole door neither the parts that were already damaged. Our warranty does not cover parts that were already damaged by negligence or ignorance. If you go to a car shop to buy breaks for your vehicle you can not expect them to replace the tires for free. Sorry, you are not happy with our service but we tried to talk to you on-site instead."

The were very professional and basicly did a good job with the installation . they arrived here about 5 hours after they had stated that they would start. Finished with in the expected time. unfortunately they used a pry bar to pull down the weed eater holder on the wall (diddn't unscrew the screws0 and now I'll have to reinstall it. When I can even though i am somewhat handy capped .
