Had a full impact glass patio door fracture riht before Dorian! I called on Tuesday and they were there Friday! Unfortunately the new glass broke on install because of a defect in the door! They reinstalled he fractured glass and assured me (by hitting with a mallet) the door would be safe and stable throuh the hurricane! Luckily, Dorian skirted us...they ordered the new glass and were back on Friday and reinstalled impact glass. Manny is your man for door glass! The door was off square and locks wouldnt work...Yani called and told us she was sending their top door guy! And all wiould be resolved when he showed up! Manny showed up to West Palm from Miami and he was he epitome of a skilled contractor! He purveyed the door up and down, sideways, inside, out for a good 15 minutes...then called for muscle! He took the door down, apart and put back together with a precision of a first class surgeon! It was amazing to watch him â eyeâ the corners and square of the door! When he hung the door...MAGIC happened...all the locks worked better than ever! He then isliconed individual grids back on...again...eyeing the level and straightness of each piece...cutting of 1/2 inch each one when necessary (and this was from the original builder door)....carefully and skillfully making sure they were straight and even! We now have a beautiful patio door that locks! And I did not have to spend $5000 for a new door...as I was quoted. by some! THANK YOU YANI AND MANNY and Roger and Mark for all your hard work and persistence in giving me a perfect glass replacement! They were the best!

They came out when promised and replaced the broken glass panel on the top half of double hung window. The workers were professional and explained what they were going to do and cleaned up when they finished. I feel the price fair, but make sure you get the discount coupon from their web site.

I had a window pane exchanged since it had a crack. They came out the same day and one hour later the window was repaired. Very courteous and knowledgeable service.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to write this one specifically, as we used Express Glass and Board Up Service. We needed to have a window replaced, they measured the window and then had a replacement one ready within a week. The window was replaced quickly and well. They did such an amazing job I will hire them to replace the other windows in my house. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.
