I contacted Express around 11:30am and gave them the "rundown" about my problem. Will was able to locate the replacement part and arrived at my home the same day (around 3:30pm) and within minutes my heater was working 100% again. Great service, great pricing, great experience. I will not hesitate to contact them should the need for heater/AC repair arise.

The amount charged for the part, exceeded reasonably market value. I was overcharged for this units circuit board. Upon research, the average cost for this unit is below $100.00 I was charged $648.00 for the total job, which included 10% veterans discount. from the original price of $712.00. Moderate reimbursement for this outlandish cost is appreciated. Based on his charges for parts, I would not use him again.
