Write a ReviewI would give them zero stars if I were able to. They installed a 90% furnace in my house March of 2022. It is now October 2023. My furnace has not worked properly this entire time. My pipes froze. I spent a fortune on power for space heaters. I have take MULTIPLE days off of work while they made attempts to "fix" it. They installed this furnace in an attic space WITHOUT telling me that a 90% furnace creates condensation....that's WATER....and I have no drain. I have water in my walls and coming through my ceiling now. I asked them to just take this furnace out and refund my money and they have refused. I'm contacting a lawyer. This company is horrible to work with and they have taken advantage of a good hearted single mom/ teacher- that does not have time or money to deal with this crap. I have dealt with this for over a year and half! I cannot go through another cold winter without a furnace. They do not know what they are doing - do not hire them.
Hi Andrea, Please give us a call to schedule to have the repairs completed as well as the drywall repaired from the leak. We sent you an email with everything for your files. We look forward to getting this completed for you! Jeremy Anderson Owner 702-324-6392 cell
I had a leaky shower and tried a DIY project to change out the valves that regulate the water flow for my shower. The new valves I installed for the hot and cold water knobs did the job and stopped the leak, but the new diverter valve (that diverts the water from the tub faucet up into the shower head) was not working. I purchased another new diverter valve and installed it, but the new diverter valve was still not working. At that point I called Express Home Services for a service call. Kevin Curtis was the very experienced plumber they sent out. He asked a few questions and turned the knob for the water diverter system (which had the new diverter valve that was not working). Then he asked me if I still had the old, original diverter valve. He re-installed the old valve, which fixed the problem, quickly and at a low cost to me. One of the main reasons I like Express Home Services is that they have experienced technicians who can diagnose what you really need, rather than suggesting that you just replace everything (at a high cost every time). Thanks Kevin and Express Home Services for a job well done!!
Kevin and Josh were very friendly and professional. They flushed my tankless water heater in a timely manner. Good job.
Jeremy was incredible. On time, delivered a fantastic product and fixed other things that he saw that were broken. Can not say enough good things about this company!!
Thank you, Erik!
Great job
Thanks Ron!
