Kim was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. She was kind and courteous on the phone, even coached me and was very reassuring throughout the process. Jacob was my pest technician who came to treat the property and he was also very patient with me. He explained the procedure, and made sure to answer all of my questions. Definitely recommend this place if you need help with pest control.

These are true professionals. I've used them for several years and the results are amazing. I have had no pests around the house. Their application takes care of exactly what you ask for. The people are professional, informative, and polite. From the office staff to the technician and everything in between. When they finish your property is as they found it, less the pests. I would recommend their services to all.

I contacted Express Pest Control to do a bed bug treatment at a rental property of mine. Al and his team did a fantastic job not only with the extermination, which was very effective, but in communication with myself and the tenant. They are pest control professionals to the nth degree and have tremendous knowledge of all the processes involved in the extermination. The service was excellent, the exterminater was great and very nice, his name is al and he took time to answer any questions you had to ask him plus give you advice.

Al was absolutely wonderful. I was in the process of purchasing a condo and needed someone to come out to perform a pest inspection. There were reports of ants on the disclosure agreement. Al came out and checked everything. He provided me with a very thorough report and walked me through everything I should watch out for and preventative steps to take.
